Other common symptoms include; fidgeting or moving a lot, the inability to sit still, or talking excessively. Impulsivity includes making many quick decisions, and waiting in queues. People with ADHD in adult phase might also deal with problems in organizing things, constantly being late and forgetting things.

Inattention

An aspect that is commonly associated with ADHD is inattention; this means adults with ADHD have difficulty in paying attention to various tasks or activities. Impulsivity

A common, yet not very widely known symptom of ADHD in adults is emotional dysregulation. Such people are likely to display strong emotions towards mundane occurrences in their lives, for instance, rage, aggression, enthusiasm among others.

These changes in mood can be sudden and are often regarded as being irrational in response to the circumstances. Adults living with ADHD may also suffer from chronic stress and anxiety, and feel like they cannot cope with everyday tasks.
